Sayoc
Kali has one of the foremost FMA practisioners in Europe,
as its chief repersentitive Guro Krishna Godhania. Guro
Krishna ran the first European seminar with Tuhon Chris
Sayoc on December 6/7th 2003 in Birmingham England. Dave
Joyce was fortunate enough to attend this groundbreaking
seminar which was really one of a kind. Some of the top
ranking Tuhons in Sayoc Kali attended this seminar including
Tuhons Tom Kier, Felix Cortes, Ray Dionaldo, Jimmy Sayoc
and Chris Sayoc Jr. Joyce was totally blown away by this
seminar and eagerly wanted to explore the system further.
He has attended all of Tuhon Tom Kier's subsequent seminars
in Europe since and also been delighted to bring Tuhon
Tom Kier, Tuhon Ray Dionaldo, Guro Chuck Giangreco and
Guro Carl Atienza of Atienza Kali along with his assistant
Seth Kanner to Ireland in April 2005. Along with one of
his senior students Aran Keenan, Joyce also managed to
attend this years Sama Sama (family gathering) which was
an incredible experience for both men.
