As
part of the evolution and development of the academy, Joanne
Joyce who is a qualified (NCEHS) gym instructor, personal
trainer and aerobics instructor, teaches martial arts aerobics,
Thai Bo in particular, which is a class for martial arts/non
martial artists looking to increase their cardio in a fun
and interesting environment. She also has a wide experience
of martial arts training in Muaythai and Filipino martial
arts, being a leading member of the Irish Stickfighting
team from 1997-2002, winning a number of European and World
titles.
Joanne
also regularly assists in the preparation of the clubs
fighters, monitoring weight loss programmes, advising on
resistance training programmes and cardio development.
The martial arts aerobics are open to the public and Joanne
is also available for private consultations in all areas
of personal development, sport specific training, cardio/resistance
training and fitness.
